We are looking for an employee/work management software for online scheduling comparable to WhentoWork.com. This will need to be coded in PHP and use a MySQL database, or something similar. We will be using this as a emergency medical services scheduling program for employees and supervisors. The software should have some of the following features - calendar view, weekly, daily etc. Contact form or email capability between users. Supervisors with full permissions to add, delete, edit users and schedules. Employees would have user based permissions allowing them to access their user info, schedule, request vacation, sick, personal, shift requests, shift changes. The ability for all uses to view the entire schedule for the month and all users contact info. The ability to calculate the hours worked for each employee. This is sobi centric and eventlist as a addon feature to sobi.

I am setting up a local events and entertainment business listings website being developed with Joomla 1.5 on a virtual host using a wamp package –> (is this a problem for coders??!

I am willing to pay fairly for the project, on the condition that the coder is certain they will be able to deliver. Please provide a quote and timescale.

This is a joomla 1.5 code/plugin request for integration between:

1. Event host extension : ‘Eventlist’ (www.schlu.net)
2. Business directory extension : ‘SOBI2′ (www.sigsiu.net/sobi2.html)

I am hoping to find someone with past experience coding integration between SOBI2 and Eventlist. I’m sure there must be someone out there who has dealt with a similar request in the past.

Design Brief for SOBI/Eventlist Integration:

* The SOBI2 business listings need to be used for selectable venues when adding a new event instead of Eventlist’s built in venues database. (Preferably keeping SOBI2s top categories in order (not so fussed about sub-categories - but if either is possible then it would make me a very happy man.)

* An eventlist should show up on all SOBI2 listings for businesses that have listed events in eventlist - (Preferably this would be part of the SOBI2 entry detailed view as opposed to a link to a seperate events view) ie. a mambot link.

* Venue titles in all events entries should link to SOBI2 listings. The only thing i want eventlist to keep track of is events and their eventlist category. All detail fields should link directly to SOBI, and any custom fields I add into SOBI should be publishable. (So in the detailed view for a single event, the fields for the venue details come from SOBI.)

* The registered user should be able to search sobi and select multiple sobi entries they would like to signup for. Click multiple checkboxes and select to signup to all of them.

I would hope to be updated of progress and rough predicted timeline.

Integrate Sobi2&eventlist J1.5

I have a website which was built on PHPFox with IPBoard integrated and also using IPB SDK and a wiki that I need moved over from my current host to my new host. Both hosts have a Cpanel, but when I tried to restore using cpanel backups the site shows up blank and has errors about missing files such as ipsclass.php and other files located in usr/local/apache/htdocs/sources/ , as well as missing files such as class_db.php, mysql_queries.php and so on.

I’m looking for someone who actually knows what they’re doing and is familiar with all the necessary edits and installations which need to be made in this move - so PHPFOX experience, mediawiki experience, MYSQL database, IPBoard w/ IPBSDK , and knowledge of which files to edit to get it working are required.

I’m also looking for mediawiki integration with my phpfox/ipboard integrated site so that when members log in they are auto logged in the wiki too (they are already autologged into forums). If you can also do this, quote me a price seperately as well.

The pages are written in simple PHP. I have attached a sample page for your review.

I need someone to set up a shopping cart and have it use Google checkout. All products should be configured to work with the new shopping cart.

I want to add the ability to track stock levels of products and prevent sales over the in-stock quantity.

The shipping is set up as a flat rate for the first item, an additional amount for each of the next 5 items, then free for any additional items.

Shipping insurance is set up as a flat rate for the entire order and is optional. I would like to have it calculate insurance based on the order value. Please specify if you will include that in your bid.

The only shipper we use is USPS Priority mail and that’s all I want in the cart.

We like the style of the site and don’t want to change it very much. The cart should work with simple buttons by the products like we have now. I don’t want to rebuild the site - I want to just change the operation of the buy now buttons to send the items to a different cart.

There should be an ability to easily see orders that need to ship and to print packing slips.

All shopping cart pages including cart view, checkout, thank you pages and others should be set up to look like the rest of the site.

You will also need to assist with any technical details of setting up my Google checkout account and configuration by directing me as to what to do (I will not give direct access to my account).

I don’t care if you use an open source cart system but the system should be customizable and should use PHP and MySQL (if a database is needed). I don’t want anything that uses flatfile data storage.

We also have a feature called “Quick Ship” which guarantees that we will ship the item same day. I would like to be able to turn this off or on as needed (in case we are out of town or unavailable). Please see the site to see what I’m talking about.

You will work on 3 of our client websites:

1) website 1
you will adjust their feed importer system to allow import of a UPC field. Then you will adjust their amazon feed exporter to include this field and a manufacturer field.

There feed importer has a oscommerce to feed category correlator. You will also adjust the feed importer system to show a list of categories that are not correlated with his site after the feed runs.

2) website 2
you will install our custom computer creator from an install kit we have

After it is installed, you will customize it to allow quantity inputs for the parts in the computer. The admin can control which categories have quantity inputs.

3) website 3
this is a rental movie site. Your job is to allow a way for him to delete a “box set” sub-product. If this product is deleted, it will replace in the customers rental queue the sub-product with the parent product.
